Irma ensures productivity stays on track, mostly by demanding snack breaks, enforcing outdoor brainstorming sessions (also known as walks), and reminding the team that a little loyalty and persistence go a long way. She’s a master of enthusiastic support, keen observation, and taking well-earned notes naps.
